Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant position will be focused on the financial and administrative requirements of the office, programs and events.

The Administrative Assistant must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; be detail oriented and organized; have the ability to work independently and as part of a team; be skilled in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online software; and the ability to clearly communicate with District staff and project partners. The person in this position is an integral member of the District’s team. He/she is expected to provide excellent customer service, be dependable, collaborate on administrative aspects of programs, and behave in a professional manner.

This is a part-time position (average 20 hours per week) with a flexible schedule.

Education Specialist

The Education Specialist position will be focused on the planning, marketing, and execution of District programs and events.

This employee will be primarily responsible for providing educational programs on behalf of the District. In accordance with the goals, policies, and objectives of the District, the Education Specialist will provide learning for all ages, offer workshops, and host and present at community events. This employee must exhibit the ability to work individually and in conjunction with other District staff to schedule, prepare, and deliver programs and presentations in schools and at public outreach events.

The Education Specialist is under general supervision of the Administrator and establishes and coordinates outreach campaigns on behalf of the District. The employee will produce marketing materials and manage the social media platforms of the District.

This is a full-time position (32-40 hours per week) with a flexible schedule.

Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator position will include both the financial and administrative requirements of the office, along with implementation of educational programs and events.

The Administrative Coordinator must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; be detail oriented and organized; have the ability to work independently and as part of a team; be skilled in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online software; and the ability to clearly communicate with District staff and project partners. The person in this position will tie together the administrative and education programs integral to the District’s mission. He/she is expected to provide excellent customer service, be dependable, collaborate on administrative aspects of programs, and behave in a professional manner.

This is a full-time position (32-40 hours per week) with a flexible schedule.
